This is a small shop, run by one person. Orders are packed and posted from here, and questions are answered from here too — nobody in between.

What we sell

Ten scriptures of the Nath tradition — the glory of Guru Gorakshanath, the lives of the nine Naths, the methods of tantra and upasana, an account of the pilgrimage seats, and booklets for daily recitation. Yantras and art prints will follow.

Every scripture here is a printed book, posted to your address. There are no ebooks, PDFs or reading apps here — and there will not be.

Who wrote these books

All ten were written and compiled by Mahant Dr. Yogi Vilasnathji. Born in Nashik in 1957, he took sannyas after a B.Sc. in physics (1979). The ear-splitting rite took place at Math Asthal Bohar, Rohtak, and he served twenty years at the Guru Gorakshanath temple in Haridwar. The paintings in the Navnath volume are his own as well.

His full introduction — taken from his own Sankshipt Parichay — is on the Guruji page.

Who publishes them

The books are published by the Nath tradition's own institutions — the Akhil Bharatvarshiya Avadhoot Bhesh Barah Panth Yogi Mahasabha at the Guru Gorakshanath Mandir, Upper Road, Haridwar; and Shri Baba Mastnath Math, Math Asthal Bohar, district Rohtak, Haryana. Each book's own page carries its publisher, edition and page count.

Why this shop exists

Until now these books were available only at the temple and the math. For anyone who cannot travel there — in another state, or abroad — they were hard to find. This shop exists to close that distance.
