Where parcels are sent from
Where we deliver
Within India only, for now. Before ordering you can enter your pincode on the product page to check whether we reach you — the answer comes from the couriers' own list, not from a guess.
How long it takes
- The parcel is dispatched one to three working days after the order.
- After that, three to seven working days on the road — depending on distance.
- Remote and hill areas can take a few days more.
- Sundays and public holidays are not counted.
Shipping charges
The charge depends on your pincode and the parcel's weight, and is shown clearly before payment. Orders above a set amount ship free — that threshold is shown in the top strip and in your bag.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as the parcel moves you receive its number, and you can follow it on this shop's own page — no need to visit the courier's site.
If the address is wrong
The address can be changed before dispatch — tell us at the number below straight away. If a parcel returns after dispatch because the address was wrong or incomplete, re-sending will cost the shipping charge again.
